Kidney Treatment FAQ

To those who tend to avoid kidney treatment — it is important to note that kidney problems need to be dealt with within 1–6 months of diagnosing for best results.

What is End-stage Renal Disease (ESRD)?
ESRD is a total loss of kidney function. When your kidney fails, your body retains fluid and harmful waste. This fluid build-up can make you too fragile to carry out normal household chores. GFR (Glomerular Filtration Rate) less than 15 mL/min indicates kidney failure.
Are there stages before complete kidney failure?
Yes, chronic kidney disease progresses in 5 stages:
  • Stage 1: GFR >90 — Normal kidney function
  • Stage 2: 60 < GFR < 89 — Mild loss
  • Stage 3: 30 < GFR < 59 — Reduced function
  • Stage 4: 15 < GFR < 29 — Severe damage
  • Stage 5: GFR < 15 — Renal failure
Why not opt for dialysis or organ transplant?
Dialysis may not work for a weakened heart, and not everyone qualifies for dialysis or organ transplant. Ayurvedic treatment offers a natural, safer alternative that has helped thousands avoid dialysis.
Is it safe to mix Ayurveda with other treatments?
It is absolutely safe to proceed with Ayurvedic solutions alongside your current treatment. There is no harm in taking supplements or drugs during the treatment. However, once positive change sets in, it is advised to stick to one type of medication. Any adjustment in allopathic medications should be guided by your Ayurvedic doctor.
How is Ayurveda different from Allopathic treatment?
In Ayurveda, we treat the overall health of the patient rather than a single ailment. Ayurvedic prescription prompts lasting change unlike Allopathy. Allopathic treatment often assumes kidney patients will eventually need dialysis or transplantation, while Ayurveda works to enhance kidney function naturally.
Is Ayurvedic treatment a 100% cure for kidney failure?
Ayurveda is outstanding for long-term lasting treatment. Its success rate depends on the degree to which pathological changes have occurred. With time and a properly planned diet, patients have been observed recovering from severe kidney disease.
Will my condition worsen during Ayurvedic treatment?
No — your condition will not worsen during Ayurvedic treatment. In fact, it will lead to gradual positive change. We have a proven record of kidney patients who reduced their dialysis frequency after treatment with us.
Can my condition reoccur after Ayurvedic treatment?
After complete Ayurvedic treatment, kidney problems normally do not reoccur. The recovery is long-lasting. However, the time and power of recuperation may differ among patients.
